The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 2, line 37 by striking, “June 30, 2020” and inserting in lieu thereof the following, “September 30, 2019”;

And,

On page 3, line 38 by striking, “March 31, 2021” and inserting in lieu thereof the following, “December 31, 2019”;

And,

On page 3, line 41 by striking, “December 31, 2020” and inserting in lieu thereof the following, “December 1, 2019”;

And,

On page 3, line 43 by striking, “90” and inserting in lieu thereof the following, “30”;

And,

On page 3, line 45 after the period by striking the remainder of subsection (d);

And,

On page 3, line 48 by striking subsection (e) and inserting a new subsection (e) to read as follows:

“(e) The need standards regulating hospice services and home health services shall be those that were in effect on January 1, 2018, and shall remain in effect until the Governor approves the new standards no sooner than December 31, 2019.”
